The length of the process depends on a number of factors. The availability of materials, lead time at the mill, transport distances, order size and customs clearing influence delivery times majorly. On average we suggest allowing for 6-10 weeks from order.
We thoroughly inspect the timber we supply before shipping it to clients. We supply photos and paperwork as part of our quality control process to ensure client satisfaction.
Our timber comes with certifications from the relevant local authorities. We have a close relationship with the plantations and mill we source our timber from having selected them on the basis of their sustainable practices.
